Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Photos you upload — processed by AI models to produce your restoration.
Email address — only if you provide it at checkout, used for order-related communication (receipts, refunds).
Order data — purchase amount, transaction ID and credit balance, stored by our payment provider Paddle.com and in our own database.
Basic technical logs — standard server logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. What we do NOT do

We do not sell or rent your personal data or your photographs.
We do not use your photos to train AI models.
We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.
We do not require an account — the service works with a temporary session, no password or profile is created.

3. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of processors to operate Lumipast:

Paddle.com — Merchant of Record; processes payments, taxes and refunds. See Paddle’s own privacy policy for their practices.
Replicate — runs the AI restoration models on photos you submit for processing.
Supabase — stores order records and credit balances (never your photos).
Vercel — hosts this website.

Uploaded photographs are transferred to these providers only as needed to deliver your order.

4. Retention

Uploaded photos and generated results are kept only as long as needed to deliver your order and handle support or refund requests, then deleted. Order and transaction records are retained as required by accounting and tax law.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hi@lumipast.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies

Lumipast uses only strictly necessary technical storage (a temporary session identifier) to keep your preview and purchase together. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
