Lumipast (“we”, “us”) is an online photo restoration service that uses artificial intelligence to repair, enhance and colorize old photographs. Contact: hi@lumipast.com.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as the seller of record for this purchase and handles billing, taxes and refunds on our behalf.
You upload a photograph, we generate a restored version using AI models, show you a watermarked preview for free, and — once you purchase credits — deliver the full-resolution result without the watermark. Each restoration consumes credits from your account.
You may only upload photographs that you own or have permission to use. You may not use Lumipast to create misleading, defamatory, or unlawful imagery, or to restore photos of identifiable people in ways that violate their rights. We may refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
Our restoration is performed by AI models. While we aim for faithful results, AI restoration is inherently interpretive: fine details (for example, facial features in heavily damaged areas) may be reconstructed rather than recovered. Results are provided “as is” without warranty of perfection. If a result is materially defective, see our Refund Policy.
Credits are sold as one-time purchases and are consumed when a restoration is unlocked. Prices are shown in USD before checkout; applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout. Credits do not expire.
You retain all rights to the photographs you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the restoration service. Uploaded photographs and generated results are stored only as long as needed to deliver your order, and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction as determined by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
